Design functional cottages «Bungalow» are made of natural materials and are equipped with the most modern technique and orthopedic beds. The real fireplace at cottage gives the feeling of true comfort.

Every cottage has roofed terrace, where in morning hours you can admire the wonderful view at Ladoga. In the evening the landscape is colored with incomparable shades of dusk. And at night you will see something that is unavailable for you in a busy city – unique sky, full of sparkling stars.

Accommodation at two-storey cottage.

A large cozy cottage is located in the forest, but there is a view of Ladoga Lake from the terrace. Everything is provided here for a comfortable life. There are two bathrooms and a spacious living room, full equipped with the most modern technique. The real fireplace at cottage gives the feeling of true comfort.

Accommodation in cozy rooms of Motel

Double rooms are situated on a very shore of Ladoga lake. Everything is provided here for the comfortable life. There is a bathroom and a kitchen, full equipped with the modern technique.

It’s very comfortable to have a rest with children as you have some baby beds, playgrounds and the Rope Park, where your children won’t feel bored.

Pier for motorboats and boats.

There is a parking boats for 250 places at the territory of yacht club. For the descending and the rising of boats on water you have a ship. At our own station «Ship oil» you can petrol your boat with diesel, petrol 92 or 95 and provide the bunkering of water.

The service of providing professional storage floating transport is available in winter season for the owners of ships.

The guests with their own cars are provided with the place at the parking.

Bath complex

Russian bath, in the very heart of authentic north nature, is a cozy and picturesque place on the shore of Ladoga lake is exactly that you need to have a full rest.

The bath complex includes spacious steam room, comfortable shower cabins, swimming pool and a room for the rest.

Swedish grill house «Grillatta»

Our spacious Swedish grill house «Grillatta» allows you to accommodate 6-8 guests. Closed and glazed gazebo will hide from the weather, create a cozy atmosphere and privacy, but at the same time keep in touch with nature. Here you can chat with friends, gather a family. A grill will allow you to cook a barbecue for the whole company at once.

Active rest

We provided for you an eventful program in every season.

Boats, catamarans and bikes are available for you in summer. In winter you can rent a sled and other winter equipment right on the territory of yacht-club.

Also, regardless the season, you can use arbors with the grill.

Rope park

For the most active people we have something special. The rope park is situated at the territory of yacht-club, where the admires of active rest could have fun. Our park is one of the biggest rope park in Russia.

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., check-out is at 12:00. You can extend your stay until the evening for an additional fee. Early check-in/late check-out 1500 rub. per 1 hour.
